RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note personalised items are non-refundable.

 

Carriage will be at your expense.

Upon goods being returned, you will be refunded to your payment method within 5 working days from receipt,  for the  value of the returned goods only.

 

Shipping costs are not refundable.
