How do I place an order?

Forever Boutique ships to all EU Countries - non EU Countries should make contact prior to order placement.
All shipments are dispatched via recorded mail or courier.

Returns & refunds
Personalised Items are non refundable and are unable to be changed, unless faulty.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Carriage will be at your expense. You will be refunded to your credit card account, the full value of the returned goods.
